1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr55 ("pkr55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pkr55.vip and all associated services, games, betting products, software, and content provided therein.

By creating a pkr55 account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the pkr55 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pkr55.vip and close your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your pkr55 account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice. pkr55 reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits at its sole discretion.

5.3 Disconnection Policy. Markets covering PSL, international T20s, ODIs, Tests, UFC and other sporting events are subject to event-specific rules regarding match abandonment, postponement, and result revision as outlined within the betting interface.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the pkr55 platform;

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties;

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any pkr55 software;

8. Intellectual Property

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. 9.3 Maximum Liability. To the extent that pkr55 is found liable for any claim arising out of these Terms, pkr55's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your pkr55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
